doesnt look like so...
FP1 is over and the top four are still top 4.
Stoner still continuing his 2007 form or maybe better. Lorenzo at 2nd place and pedrosa holding on to the 3rd spot.
Rossi taking it easy with expected improvements tomorrow, currently sits in 4th in the time sheets.
Ben said the guys are really fast on these machines and now I think Ben wont be able to finish do any better than finish near the 2009 Tech3 Riders.
Currently, I see him somewhere being a part of the third group with Toseland, Kallio, Vermeulen, etc. But I have high hopes for the lad. Hope he exceeds my expectations
Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.

Ben has admittedly taken the FP1 lightly and is getting accustomed to the M1. He said the M1 is a lot roomier than the R1 he was riding and he is still adjusting his 'very superbike' style of riding to the GPs.
He was only on perhaps 70% of the limit of the bike yesterday. I honestly see him shooting up tomorrow and perching himself somewhere 5-8 th !!Kawasaki Ninja : Because lazy sunday afternoons should be despatched at 160 kmph!!!

I expected surprises in the race and indeed we got surprises
Yay! Aoyama the last 250 champion
I have to agree with Sukant. Spies is the rider to watch for next season.
Hmm Next season:
- 6 new Riders in MotoGP (Aoyama, Simoncelli, Bautista, Spies, Espargaro, Hector Barbera).
- One new class.
- Two new Tracks.
A lot of things to look forward to

Dramatic start to the race, Stoner crashed in the warm up lap!! Pedrosa was uncatchable today. Nice race by Spies too, he helped Colin to finish 5th in the championship
Colin ran to thank/congratulate him after the race. hehe

Spies lived up to our expectations finishing 7th ahead of a factory Honda. His comments say how much confidence he now has on the bike. certainly Ben will be impressive in 2010 and Yamaha has the most strongest line up ever, for the next season.
No doubt he will take the Rookie of the year in 2010 if not the championship.
And what do we have here...
Rossi: Yamaha has to choose between me and Jorge for 2011

I dont blame the Champ. If I was a 9 time world champion I would never develop a bike for my team mate if I new he's my closest rival.
Its like "India and Pakistan working together on developing a Nuclear explosive."
.
How about moving Ben to full factory team in 2011. In that case I guess Stoner might have to ride alongside Lorenzo for 2011.
P.S - please dont take the part in quotes in any person way. just kidding around.Last edited by R-series; 11-09-2009, 01:24 PM.Just because you haven't seen it doesnt mean its impossible...expect the unexpected.
