Expecting a 1st hand user review from Sudhir or You. Congrats on the purchase. Good luck.

    While at the TD please do check for the following;

    The headlight coverage.
The tank whether its fibre or metal.
The quality of the seats whether they're hard like my R15 or soft like the CBR250r.
    Backlit switches, if any.
    Engine kill-switch, if any.
    Dual horn, if any.
    The topspeed, if allowed.
    The rev limiter, if any.

There, that's the answer. Now I sure couldn't put it across in such understandable terms but there certainly wasn't a need for that sarcasm Prince Sirohi. You well couldav pointed out where I went wrong and how could I have corrected myself. I sure as hell wouldn't have come biting at you for that.

#The irony of "the quality of xbhp going down".

Only one guy have done TD (arjun25) .. Has said Unicorn is quick than CBR150R and r15 v2.0 is better ,but he owns pulsar 220 .. Yet NDTV exclusive video claimed its is QUICK ... lol ..

Wait for the review and then compare it with r15 v2.0 plz .. bored to read all those negative comments and its not helping me in anyway to buy this bike

@princesirohi, the spread of the torque across the rpms is more important than just the peak torque figure. Even though R-15 has more than 15nM torque at peak rpm (don't know exact figure but its around 8000 rpm), at lower rpms the torque is very less for R-15, thats why its slow till 5k rpm.

Now, CBR150R has less 'peak' torque figure, but it can have a better torque spread at lower rpms for quick acceleration at bottom than R-15.

CBR150R is not a commuter, its a power bike. To get max performance from a small engine, you need to rev it to higher rpms to get the power, as is the case with R-15. I can be quick with my Dazzler in city up to 4k rpm than R-15 because Dazzler/Unicorn has good torque at lower rpms than r-15. But, if you shift gears at higher rpms with R-15, unicorn/dazzler will be in RVMs of R-15.

i am not showing new comer down.

earlier you said "it is a great tourer" and in the very next post you said-"hail the new track tool, not some tourer" .. man, first decide than write, not the other way round.

and instead of just writing that i am trying to show a new comer down, can you care to explain, what is the meaning of "same torque and low end" in detail.

As far as your reference post goes, what does one make of it? That it indeed is slower than Unicorn.
But what does NDTV have to say that is got an amazing pick-up.
What do I have to say? That it is speculated to have the "same torque figure at teh low end" viz-a-viz the higher.

P.S.: Hail the new track tool, not some tourer.

As far as your "quality of xbhp going down" tale goes, basking under the words "in my opinion" there indeed is a lot of negativity spread. Also to note is the kind of rotten sarcasm some Senior members (read Prince Sirohi) throw up just to show a new comer down.

Now coming to the point, joel, this bike is awesome. Super sexy looking and super comfortable. Its a track-tool and as how the rumours go, its has the same torque even at the low end which in lay man terms means its got a great pick-up. The top-end is the last issue to bother about cuz "how many times is it that you actually hit topend". Given that its got a low torque figure and a considerably higher power figure, there isn't ANYBODY's "opinion" that stands a damn right now. I'm assuming it to be a great tourer, as comfortable as its elder brother when the seating is concerned and as fuel efficient as any 150cc you'd want it to be.

The price is high, but there IS a reason for that. Now unless and untill a full-on review is brought up, NOTHING can be said about.

My 2 cents, dont care a damn about the high price-point and just get this is beafy machine. I'm sure it'll amaze you all the way. Good luck with whatever you choose.
have you even gone through the specs of this machine ??
for your reference one of my earlier post is attached above.

oh and btw, all hail the new tourer which has the "same torque at low end"

Buddy what I meant to say that the bike is good. I am not saying anything bad for it. Its just that we all have different taste, moods, choice on everything which even u shall agree.

Well if u wish to take the bike there is no harm but a suggestion which I believe everyone will appriciate wait for a 3 months after the bike is launched completely in the market as there is a legacy For honda something goes wrong with there machine then they bring a new one after rectifying it.

It happened with unicorn, dazzler, stunner, cbr 250r and crossing fing. it shall not be repeated with cbr 150r.

And as my friends have already explained about the machine thank u all.
