Now coming to the point, joel, this bike is awesome. Super sexy looking and super comfortable. Its a track-tool and as how the rumours go, its has the same low end torque figures as the higher side which in lay man terms means its got a great pick-up. The top-end is the last issue to bother about cuz "how many times is it that you actually hit topend". Given that its got a low torque figure and a considerably higher power figure, there isn't ANYBODY's "opinion" that stands a damn right now. I'm assuming it to be a great tourer, as comfortable as its elder brother when the seating is concerned and as fuel efficient as any 150cc you'd want it to be.
The price is high, but there IS a reason for that. Now unless and untill a full-on review is brought up, NOTHING can be said about.
My 2 cents, dont care a damn about the high price-point and just get this is beafy machine. I'm sure it'll amaze you all the way. Good luck with whatever you choose.

And since you are actually from NCR, I suppose you come in one of the 3 the 'Targetted Customer' regions for the CBR150R. So good for you.
And thanks for the info.
Actually I had predicted this back in January 2012 when the specs came out at the time of Auto Expo.
