guys, here comes the first video review of CBR150 by NDTV India channel.

The battle for the 150cc sports bike crown in the country is heating up. With smashing looks, class-leading power and Honda's reliability, the CBR 150R might just be the answer to the fan-favourite Yamaha YZF R15. Will it be another success story for Honda? Watch our exclusive first ride.

    video download link below.

svp has not reviewed the bike properly,it is more of a introduction of the product.
an intersting point he mentioned the bike stays happy under 100 kmph, now that's really not a good news.

2 less known facts about ceeber 150
It is not a very well known fact that the Honda CBR 150R has been in India since long. Yes, since long.
The reason why you didnt see it on the road is because it was being used exclusively at the Honda One Make championships at the FMSCI National Racing competitions.
What you see on your left is CBR150R from one of the races in year 2011 in India.
Another little known fact is that the CBR150R is manufactured at Thailand by APHonda, a Thai owned, Honda affiliated company and not Honda itself.

the video review clearly shows more upright riding position than r15 and frequent gear shifts which the test-rider didn't like that much.exhaust is grunty.deluxe edition looks cool .

ot=i didn't know that the honda test track is made keeeping in mind the daily riding scenario a rider has to face like speed braker, railway crossing, gravel patch, broken roads, bridge.

Secondly, CBR 150R has a DOHC (Dual OverHead Camshafts) Configuration. Better google it to understand it better. Here is an image, as you can see cams move the valves directly, and not using a rocker arm arrangement:

I called 3 Honda showrooms in Delhi to inquire about CBR150R. As I expected, they do not have the motorcycle yet, but one of them said they'll have the motorcycle in 15 days, the other said they'll have it in 2 days while the third one said they have no idea when they'll get it

EDIT: One of the showrooms quoted an on-road price of 1.31 lakhs for the deluxe variant.

[QUOTE=aargee;790547]While you all guys keep talking about speculation, just wanted to share an information here that CBR 150R doesn't have rocker arm instead employs direct camshaft to do the job!!! Sounds simple, Google for it & you'll be amazed to see on that technology. PSR Ji's inputs will be much appreciated on this here.
