RTR 160/RD removed from product portfolio
Did anyone notice that the TVS website has removed the RTR 160/RD from product portfolio?? !!

Not really, you should see the RTR v1, v2 and the RTR RD... They had a lot of small internal changes... infact rev up the RTRv1 and a RTR v2 or RD or current RTR... the exhaust humm is so different in these bikes!!Originally posted by kinshuk.arya View Post

Do u guys know how many changes RTR had during these years? I know coz almost half these changes went into my bike which is why even after 57k kms of absolute ri(a)ping....it still kicks ass!
alloys were upgraded thrice(for better braking), one way clutch too, throttle cable, cam shafts, suspensions, bar end weights, silencer, lights, cylinder head etc.....as satyen said ride them to beleive it

Exactly.It was the same case with the A150 too, there was quite a difference between Feb'06 manufactured A150s(initial batches) and the post-Nov'06 models. Throttle response and the engine grunt was quite different and were a major improvement over the initial models. About the Hyperedge we are yet to get official technical specs but i am sure TVS wont share it as they would like to keep it to themselves and let the bike do the talking. If Manan's review is anything to go by, the added refinement would only be possible if TVS has tinkered with the engine/mountings. There might not be revision with the power ratings but i believe the difference will be as much as i have noticed in two different versions of A150.
Food for Speculation:
Even the RTR 180 uses the silencer where the exhaust(head) mountings are same as that of the Flame.

But when we know that he has been one such person who has got the max and most concrete info from TVS since ages, probably you when you wern't here even. we would believe that these are his pics as these also being posted by the mods after seeing something!
You need to be more confident before you come up to point at someone who is 10x times of what you are here!

Someone please get the specs..Yesterday i went to a tvs showroom and asked about the hyperedge,and to my surprise they didn't have any idea about it...
