Try asking someone who is not a xBhpian whether his R15/Karizma ZMR has "Fi" or "Carb".. most of them won't give a damm.
Now remove the full fairing from their bikes and ask them if they would be ready to pay the same price for their bikes as they have paid.
For a "normal guy": Full Fairing (or Fat Tyres) >> Fuel Injection

The reason for RTR FI not doing well are more to do with the problems of the bike rather then the costs. I have personally seen many of the FI owners getting silly problems with the FI system and trying to sell it off. The word spread too quickly and even before TVS could realise the model's sales dipped alarmingly.Originally posted by payeng View PostComment
