Test vehicle had wobble / weaving
I just had a test ride on the test vehicle in Haiku Honda, Airport Rd, bangalore. Perhaps the bad place to chose the test ride. You wouldnt really get to accelerate or feel the vehicle because most of the time you will have to stop in the way they take.
One observation was the the front wheel felt very heavy and could feel as if I had the weaving effect. I am facing the same issue in my ZMA when I ride over a pothole.
My Question is why would it happen and can it be fixed. Nevertheless I will be taking another test from City Honda St Marks Rd.

Road trip Bangalore-Kodaikanal-Bangalore
Hi guys,
Done with my first road trip on the CBR.
Been to Kodai and back over 4 days.
2 days for travel n 2 days spent there.
Pics on picasa. Here's the link
I had a blast on the ride. Bike handled beautifully. It was fast and stable.
As expected, it turned a lot of eyeballs and i got the usual bunch of questions along with the inevitable "How much does it give?"
The roads are in good shape and I would recommend this trip to everyone here.

Didn't really understand these things. But since its about suspension, I would like to tell that it feels really comfortable.
Also, one more good thing, which I feel is due to the suspension is that I've never hit a speed breaker in spite of CBR having a low GC as compared to my FZ. I used to hit most of the speed breaker on my FZ. And now I travel through the same road and till date, I've not hit a speed breaker. I guess this is because of a better suspension.

We can consider two aspects from the QUOTE.Originally posted by sudeepnbr View PostDidn't really understand these things. But since its about suspension, I would like to tell that it feels really comfortable.

1. CBR doesn't hit speed breaker may be it has high ground clearance compared to FZ. [Not True]
2. CBR rear suspension not up to the mark compared to FZ [Then this is True]

This is due to the fact that the point at which the GC is measured in both the bikes are different. It has nothing to do with the suspension. If the point at which GC is measured lies close to the front wheel then you have less chance of hitting a speed breaker and if its close to the rear wheel then you've more chance of hitting a speed breaker.Originally posted by sudeepnbr View PostDidn't really understand these things.
