Buddy I have not mentioned the FI unit in the list that alone costs over 15k. I think adding all these features while keeping the price point near old Karizma R (maybe 3,4 k extra) is very much possible.

bro that FI was main concern for me & also its the most useful thing HH has put on ZMR while upgrading it from ZMA-R..as i said other things were just an add ons, so still ZMR would be having an upper hand over ZMA..though now anyone who wants to buy ZMR must give a thought to CRB250R cuz that bike has almost everything which i would like to add on my ZMR to make it perfect for me..

I've seen FZ with clip-ons

& to me it was looking nice..didn't ride it but that owner was pleased by that mod when i asked him about ride quality

lol.... so is it like if i wanna have a clipon then i've to buy zmr. Coming to the point, bro as you know we have much smaller bikes equiped with rear disc break(Dazler, rtr). Even hh have hunk with rear disc break. But why a much bigger bike like zma lack this option.

Being a zma user i know how effective the bikes break is, so even after some proper performance upgrades, though ma bike is capable enough to clock some serious top speed figures, i feel really sacred to ride the bike in that high speed. Its a Vfm bike and if it is available with the above goodies(forget about the fi unit) it will be a great package.

It is importent because zma's bar handle is not that great. even in minor crashes handle is the first part to damage. By bending it even damages the tank. I myself changed the handle bar 4 times till date. A clipon handle is capable enough to resist minor crashes. Nobody is braggart here. Atleast for me, Just a sticker/paint job is really difficult to accept as an upgrade.

in that case even you can imagine a TB with clip on? Zma is the topic here and it won't look that bad with a clipon.

Refresh of legendary Karizma was on card the since last few months .
-Clip on handle bar
-LED tail lamp
-Tubeless tire
-Rear disk

HH added all these features to 2010 Hunk(except Clip on) , so HH could have easily provided all these features to Karizma R also . But according to HH this would have killed the ZMR I think it was a strategic decision not to add all these features to the Karizma R .But according to me it was mistake. Majority of people (except the owners of ZMR

) hate the looks of ZMR . Yes the looks are subjective but indeed the bike looks disproportional . The Karizma R remains the best looking bike in India. Adding the above features could have made the Karizma R instant hit keeping ZMR as niche product ( for those posers who want 'big' superbikish look or pure touring enthusiast who want FI technology ) .I think Hero Honda want to make ZMR bestselling model which I dont think is going to happen. Both the posers and pure touring enthusiast now have a very good option in 1.5 lack - CBR 250. So I doubt bike worth 1.05 lack and 160 kg producing relatively less power would became a market hit. In short by adding these features and keeping the bike at 85k price-point would have made Karizma R best selling even in coming years. Opportunity lost by HH in my book

Any battery can be used, its only that you have to fit that perfectly in to the compartment. Why not use a 9-amp MF battery instead of 6-amp?

Simply put..A 9 amp can take more load than 6 amp. Meaning, if all your lights are on, including brake lights and you honk. It will beep instead of squeak.
