As you have no issues with Garware's decision about their product and about how they want to sale it and to whom, you should have no issues with their safety confern. It is a company's prerogative to decide basic requirements for test rides.

I had some work in Gurgaon and after completing my work i Went to Gurgaon Showroom today for test ride of GT but I was wearing sandals and was refused a test ride without shoes due to safety reason , I even requested that i won't be revving bike as i am not aware about it's power delivery but i can at least get a feel of bike by riding at 40-50 Km/hrs but still they refused politely. I know the importance of proper riding gears , I am still planning to Buy a sportbike but i already bought Jacket from DSG (2 weeks back and it's still packed) , already ordered for Gloves and Knee guard from STG (which my friend will carry from US).

the garware motors website uses totally crap quality images of the GT650R.
    totally un-calibrated images.

if u go by what the red "looks" like...
then according the the Garware website...
the GT650R comes in THREE reds. (cheap two bit webdesign.)

for a proper colour chart... go to the Hyosung US website.
    here's the LINK

DISCLAIMER: I'm saying the colour is a Yellowish Red.

    This is Orange.
or should we call this Yellow???

Anyway... enough of this Orange-Red discussion. Over n Out.
lol dude... You have become so possessed with the orange... I think Aniket has covered all 3... The 2 reds and the orange with his pics...

Re-posting incase you missed the hugeeee post above...

This is the dark dull orange.... Every colour has a family... This is one from that orangi family...

In the 2nd pic with black GT650R you can see the orange+black one in the background.
i have seen all the colours including white one and orange one in flesh.the dealer confirmed orange is available in India.

    cheers.

    No its not

I still maintain that the orangish-black color(not the orange you talking about) is available here. I have also seen both the colors in flesh and hence I said it looks a lot like the sunlight copper color on the Swift.

EDIT: Go to the Garware Motors website and check the 4th color from left.

yikes! i don't think you understood my post.

i said... "this is orange. (pic source: google images. location: UK)"

Hyosung DOES NOT have an Orange or Orange-Black GT650R for India.

my post was made in reply to someone saying Hyosung has an orange GT650R for india.

it's got a bright red one... a bright red and black one... and a red(ish) and black one.

i have seen the these bikes in the flesh...
and anyone who says that one of the reds is orange is wrong.
and has no idea what colour "orange" really is.

the second red is a slightly yellowish red but it's not orange.

Hi Guys.. am a late entrant.. I have booked the white GT 650 R and am awaiting the delivery which will be anytime after the 5th of June.. During my test ride I cud only take it up to 140Kmph but the good news is the vibrations were negligible.. Can't wait to lay my hands on it again.

I hope this clears your confusion...
+1. I have also seen the bike in Pune showroom , it's not a light orange but it's not red either. It's a metallic saffron colour but looks nice with black combination.
