OK.. I did enquire.. The oil used will be 3 litres of Motul 15w50 300v. Service interval is 5k. For more info, use this GT650/S/R Fi Owners' Manual PDF
For even more info, use Hyosung GT650 Workshop ManualLast edited by antz.bin; 05-07-2011, 12:44 PM.

What i remember from by first visit .Originally posted by antz.bin View PostDid anyone enquire how much this will cost for each service? What is the service interval? And what grade / how much oil will be needed for an oil change?
First service at 1000 km , Approx cost 3700-4000 ( including oil change approx 3 litre, oil filter change and labor cost ).

That is so because at one time they had very close ties with Suzuki. In fact their R & D centre has been setup with help from Suzuki.Originally posted by melroyal View PostHi abhi.Even I felt that the design of the GT650R looks similar to the earlier design of the Hayabusa.

No no!! let me clear. It looks inspired from Hayabusa (TO ME!), but it never gives feel that it is really a SBK. The stance, lines throughout the bike, old age fairing design,........ I am neither a fan of Haya nor opposer of Hyosung. Just the thoughts I mentioned.Originally posted by aman_pulsating View Postnow aren't your thoughts contradicting?!?
it looks like Hayabusa to you, but doesn't look like a SBK to you!

Will ask again later next month June. But it should be comparatively lesser than Kawasaki pricing for the 250R/650R.Originally posted by Kishan View PostDid any one of you enquired abt the spares for GT650R.
Like how much the fairings cost, front head lamp.... etc etc ..
