My opinion, i've ridden and heard the parallel twin ninja and i'd anyday wait for even another year for the inline 3 Street....sounds just killlllerrrrrrrrrrr (it'll be priced extremely competitive to the Ninja)
Thanks rossi. The reason i am inclined towards a street triple is because of its practicality and it is cheapest machine which sounds like an I4.
Any idea when can we expect them to launch?

I still see early 2013 as launch date on http://www.triumph.co.uk/india/ but read on some other blogs that they postponed to April or may2013.

Trust me they will come soon (as mentioned in another comment) and when they do they will be here with a bang and to stay My suggestion, if you have waited for so long, wait for some more while. its worth it
By India Partner's do you mean dealers / distributors or part suppliers?

          Cheers,

It seems to be the trend; Even the new Hypermotard/Hyperstrada from Ducati have undergone the same transformation. I am not sure what the advantages/disadvantages are.

                • When can we expect the 2013 Daytona 675 in India? Will the Triumph Plant In Karnataka be operational by 2nd Quarter of 2013 and also is it still gonna be a CKD operation for most of the product line?

Ouch! Any information on whether the model lineup will be impacted with this delayed arrival?

I got information that they are seriously planning to launch in the month of may and they kind of finalized dealers. They can bring a certain number of bikes as CBU with reduced import duty as govt provides some relaxation as they are setting up a plant. IMO they should be ready in 6 month's time. Keeping fingers crossed.

Never really could figure what's so cool about the bonneville... Recently in Panchgani I happened to see Salman's yellow Bonneville... And I still can't figure out how does that bike have hardcore fans... I guess I am just not meant for it... Or rather the other way round...
