I agree that it wont be a major threat to HD.
I think this bike would be competing against the HD Sportster and could give it a run for the money. So it could be a welcome to ppl who shy away from HD due to reliability issues. Also the Sportster doesn't necessarily fall into the 'outlaw' group.

Motorcycle helmets are designed primarily to protect the rider and their passenger, but we guess there will always be some bike riders out there who prefer form over function, in which case this Predator-themed motorcycle helmet will be of interest to them! Designed by Russian company, NLO-Moto, it should be noted that these helmets have not been certified for road use, especially since the shell will limit the visibility of the driver, meaning that you will most likely get into trouble with the law if you’re caught with it, not to mention you could find yourself in an accident as well, especially if your view is obstructed!

In any case if you don’t plan to take it on the road, or plan to use it for other purposes, the Predator helmet can be customized according to your wants. Starting at a base price of $780, NLO-Moto offers their customers the choice of adding on extra accessories, such as a protective face shield, improved graphics and engraving, airbrushing, carbon fiber tips for the Predator’s dreadlocks, teeth, a carbon fiber shell, and best of all, a laser-controlled aimer!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

A motorcyclist who was caught speeding on a speed gun, had managed to escape penalty by telling the cops that he had given the bike to someone else to test ride. But not being content with his actions he decided to brag about his lying abilities on a public forum about how he deceived the cops. Unfortunately for him the cops read about his exploits on the forum and now he is cooling his heels in the clink for 8 months! Moral of the story - Don't brag on online forums!!!!

I circumvented the proverb in motorcycle slang. Think of "idle" in a carburettor instead of empty (in that sense).
