The person in the video seems to be riding a moto bike or a street fighter. Definately not a sport bike posture.

A new R1 was caught testing a couple months ago. It could be that. Or it could just be Yamaha introducing the 3 cylinder technology.

An IT security consultant - Denis Andzakovic, 22 - made a motorcycle that also doubles as a Wi-Fi security testing machine.

Andzakovic, an avid biker since age 15, equipped his motorcycle with a Raspberry Pi, a heads-up display (HUD) integrated in a bike helmet, GPS, a laptop, routers and wireless sniffing and attack tools.

The bike can detect Wi-Fi access points upon passes them and plot these access points on Google Maps. The access points are reflected on the display in different colors indicating what type of security they use. The amount of data transmitted between the bike and the access points are also shown in a bar graph at the center of the display.

Andzakovic can kick users off their Wi-Fi networks using the Wi-Fi scanning bike by sending out deauthentication packets. He can also hack into protected access points using the data that the bike collected. Andzakovic intends to use the bike for wireless network penetration tests.

Andzakovic presented the bike at the AusCERT security conference on the Gold Coast.

What exactly Yamaha is gearing up to promote though is a different story, however we do know that the Japanese brand sees three-cylinder engines as the way forward with its motorcycle designs.
Teasing today what appears to be an upright-sitting street bike, we can only assume that Yamaha has some sort of new naked or streetfighter machine it is readying for mass consumption.

the sound is awesome... there are quite a few other bikes also using similar kind of radial aeroplane engine.ideally i would have been more happy if the engine's power is utilized for speed and acceleration rather than just sound and looks.
