When I first had a look, I felt Inazuma 250 is just a plain-jane Bike, not worth a second or third look. even the white ZMA-R looked better to me. But the more I look at this Inazuma, the more it is growing on me and I am beginning to like it. the way I see it as a very very comfortable Touring Bike to Ride all day long
Personally, I own a R15 V1.0 and for me it doesn't helps during long Rides. In that perspective the Inazuma is a more capable Bike

Man i just don't understand this design bashing. It's strikingly different if not awe-inspiring!A generally quirky ''b-kingy'' look doesn't necessarily mean ugly.In this context even the hyosung 650n should be trashed.. With that in mind,im sure in flesh the inazuma will really stand out against others with the low and meaty looks.bring it on!!

Suzuki bikes are always better on the road than on paper. Right from the slingshot to the Hayabusa.

the design is really a generation or two behind!! Plus the rather radical looking front headlight doesnt match the plain jane rear. On looks front at least, this one will not be able to compete with Ninja 250 and the CBR 250. Heck, the hyosung gt250r will be more handsome than this if and when it does arrive !!
Kawasaki Ninja : Because lazy sunday afternoons should be despatched at 160 kmph!!!
Hyosung Aquila : Because sometimes you need to look cool while riding at 40 kmph and you can do that only on a cruiser !!!

But that's still not the confirmed version of the bike that could be launched in India. Hope Suzuki listens out to what the people have to say and make some changes.

                    • it may be a very comfortable bike.
                    • but it doesn't look good, actually the design looks dated.
                    • the headlight looks similar to yamaha fazer headlamp once launched in india. do u guys remember that insect like look.
                    • what is the USP of the bike.???

just asking out of curiosity, what is the reason for this decision.

Look at the first pic, reminds me of Bking...'

Also i have always had this thing for Twin Silencers and parallel twin

The looks are meaty to me, offer exclusivity, suzuki reliance... Only if they priced it right (around CBR250 ) i'm game.

Dont forget, i just said "i guess" so Auto expo will have my final answer as few others are offering 25+ bhp warhorses around this time....

                          Ride report?... Yeah, for sure!

Edit: i did not like the rear though of this one.

Found This while searching.. try clicking on the images of freatures.

Suzuki consoles are always good. Its something other manufacturers should learn from.

                                Raw muscle bike ..........

                                Truly speaking,
This world is too much into streamline and crotch rockets now, and I find no fault with that.Everyone has their own takes.

But I can never explain what kind of thrill the muscle cars of 70s offered.
Rugged and blunt looks and torque laden disasters, they were heavy, ugly but did their thing with absolute brutality. They are not Ferraris or Mclarens but basic rice mills which people used to stomp on pedals on roads and let the boldness do the rest scaring away the beauties.(a car called Red Victor can outrun jet-powered dragsters,Red Victor is a souped up family car btw !!!!)

Suzuki Inazuma is one such thing when it comes to bikes,it looks ugly but so does Bking(which can blow most crotch rockets out of wind,by just being a naked) and ZZR1400 of Kawasaki(which will blow anything on two wheels but most people fear and hates those six eyed look or cannot plate it for some reason unknown).
Even Yamaha's Vmax(old and new) looks such but is a hot favorite when it comes to absolute raw performance.

The torque of this SOHC Inline twin is 24Nm higher than any 250cc in market.Just what I need for safe and comfortable hill climbs in poorly engineered inclinations of Indian hilly roads and maintain the poise where there is something remotely called a road.

It is fast, sounds meaty and the top speed has not been tested.Looks are very subjective and every bike do not have to look the same and get stereotyped.
This Suzuki would play its parts when it comes to high speed stability, refinement and tackling tricky situations presented by Indian roads.
Just like Fiero and just like Shogun........they were never about looks.

Suzuki bikes are highly reliable and are usually the toughest that bikes can get to be........what ails them in India,is the lack of suitable dealerships all over the country and in the big metropolis.

I do not have a dealership in my own city.........which is very ridiculous,if they launch this product-whom would they sell this to ? Villagers ? for ploughing their fields ?

This bike is going to be a success along with other Suzuki products if Suzuki knows what to do with their marketing and dealerships.

Inazuma 250 has been internationally launched and it is going to come to India...........without regards to popular opinion.

The name is good too......people do not make fun of the name Hayabusa(also Japanese) just because the joke would be on themselves,if they do such.

Suzuki products generally do their own talking.
