It could be from Kawasaki
and there is nothing wrong with silencer, its just the cover/heatshield is removed , you can clearly see the marks on that silencer.

One more possibility. We all know that 2 new players are entering India this year.

1) Indian Motorcycles, USA
2) Oshiro Motorcycles, Japan

This could be a product from the Indian stable. They are a cruiser brand and what better way to take on HD than to cut them off at the knees by launching a 500cc twin for 3-4 lakhs.

The spied bikes don't look anything like this - the exhausts are longer and straighter. And the Tail section/tail lamps look entirely different.

All design elements, including rear view mirrors and turn blinkers, indicate its a HD.

I was really excited to see the 1st two images on Tbhp today.
But the side profile looks very Bajaj to me.
The tank looks elongated and out of proportion for some reason. Personal Opinion.

And I dont think Harley would let their riders ride with some lame clothes and no protection, atleast gloves or a jacket. Again, Personal Opinion.

Cos i have faith in Hero that they cant come up with a cruiser as of now..

besides they are only trying to launch a 250cc sports bikes.. but we will never know.. anyone can surprise us.. like how Hero Honda surprised us by launching Karizma in 2003

Thats the reason I said it could be a Hero with a Honda engine.

and even the Impulse was kind of a surpise, no one expected an offroader.

Who cares.. it was still hero paying for all that and how can you be so sure that honda didnt let hero do any r&d.. they have used hero to find what the indian market needs and thats what they did.. now hero is a desi brand and i just pray they prove you guys wrong.. it was Hero who rolled out the Karizma forbyour information which is any time better than all the indian bikes in terms if touring.. and any time i prefer a hero product over HD, Bajaj, Honda, yamaha, Suzuki and yeah.. how can i forget RE..
