            Maybe they wanna try out FI real-time before they launch the 200SS. In case it backfires they can go with a triple spark 200ss
            And my guess is , they'll be updating the entire pulsar range soon. So, the budget-friendly 150 and 180 may end up getting the triple spark.
            The Discover series is already invading the pulsar's space, so it's highly probable.

                Again speaking the same, I don't understand why people want fi in the 200NS. . ? When the present carb is working superfine, what is the need for a fi here. . ? Just a fairing to the present NS and a bit here and there touch up is fine, of course ABS as an option with that would be great. . . But why fi . . ?

                      Judging by market costs, a decent ABS system costs around 6K, while a Fairing (Note R15), costs around 15-20K, can we safely assume a 20-25K hike over the NS' price as the Price for the SS?

                      If yes, then a 95K OTR NS becomes 1.1-1.2 Lakhs for the SS, which for a 200 is pretty damn VFM !!
                      Eat, Sleep, Ride, Repeat.

                        What makes you think that a fairing alone would cost 15-20k ?? What's the justification with R15, it's a different manufacturer altogether? If I read Bajaj right, a 200NS with a full fairing alone will be at a premium of not more than 5-10k.

                          I'm trying to say that Yamaha has set a benchmark as far as quality is concerned, which is why I took a reference with the R15. Bajaj has always been known for it's affordability, so you may be right in saying that it will cost 5-10K.

                          I only hope the tail issue is resolved. Too much similarity between models. And based on spy pics, the Buell style mudguard fitted tail isn't looking too great (my opinion, feel free to trash it)

                          P.S. ooh ooh, any word on EFI ?

                            The r15 fairing costs about 11k. The old fi cost around 10-12k. So yes your estimate is about correct.

                              Answer to this part in bold lies in your post itself - affordability

                              From where Buell is coming? They tied up with Hero (sorry I have not seen much of Buell)

                                Buell (American manufacturer) tied up with Hero. What I'm saying is look at the new ZMR tail lamp, the Buell 1190rs and then the spy pic of the SS' tail. Some similarity seems to be there
