+1...Hope they learnt from the so called upgrades on ZMR ....if HMC still think of a word called "competition" better bring in a real competitor....

We are not sure of the specs.. besides.. they are just refreshed models.. i don't expect too much from them else I will get disappointed the same way I was when ZMR was launched.. but I am a happy ZMR owner and I am pretty happy with the performance..

now coming to the weight and plastic.. it appears to have less plastic than the current ZMR.. the Fairing isn't as bulky and it looks decent to me and few others here.. and this is just a personal opinion from each others perspective so can't comment on it..

whatever it is, I am sure its gonna be a better performer than the current models but I do doubt the reliability.. lets see what happens

The patent is not for design.

The patents are for the engine tech. There surely would be a power bump (minor or major no idea; but better not put high expectations). The ZMR/Karizma engine can be improved a lot, but this Honda pulled Hero from doing anything. Lets hope, the EB has done a great job in improving the 223cc mill.

Those are not dual headlamps! They are turn indicators!!
OMFG! Indicators of the size of a headlamp!

As if original ZMR wasn't ugly enough, they brought this out. Lets hope specifications are good. For me its functionality over form.
The exhaust looks similar to new Xtreme's exhaust.

if this is what the new Karizma was all about.. then i am disappointed by Hero
now-a-days, looks of a bike matter if it has to survive in the current competitive market..

                      Ride safe and have fun.

Give a Dual headlamp, some "touched up" fairing and a new rear mud-guard design and keep all other components same, that's the NEW Karizma??? Sincerely hope that it has got something new in the technology dept.

Lets wait for the specs before manipulating on its performance..

and for information.. the ZMR doesn't look ugly... and for those who feel it is ugly can please keep that Opinion of theirs to themselves..

Something that is ugly is ugly. Besides looks are subjective, and we are not calling any human being as ugly here. If you do not like it, skip it...

Refreshing change from Bulky looking current ZMR. Commendable job by Hero/EBR. Looks like Honda was actually screwing Hero when comes to naming and designing bikes :P
