    When will it be launched????
    I am running low on patience now.And after RC390 being launched on 9Th sept. , it's becoming difficult to wait for this bike.

    If this bike takes longer to be launched should I grab on a RC390/200?

      Launch dates aren't confirmed officially. Set your priorities. Go for the one which, you think, will fulfill your pre-requisites.

        buddy, the launch date is not yet revealed. but between RC and HX, i find HX as a more of practical bike then RC. RC is more of track oriented bike.

        hence i decided to wait till HX launch. but if you are a R15 lover, then RC is better. between HX is more powerful than RC200, but still iam considering riding posture as a main criteria.

                i heard that they are testing the bike in hero facility. launch may not happen in 2014. but we never know with hero, what they are going to do.

                as a hero fan boy, i don't mind they taking time. all i want is affordable niggle free entry level sports bike from hero. if they can provide a niggle free bike at affordable price, it's going to be hit with their wide service network.

                affordable in the sense, seeing the specs and information, i don't mind paying upto 1.75 lakhs for this bike. no wonder this bike is the hot topic in buell forums.

                  Relax guys don't be so impatient testing is very very necessary and i hope that Hero should test this bike properly and in every type of conditions, so that once the product is launched the don't have to face complaints which will also be beneficial for the buyer.

                          I went to Auto Expo this year to have look at 400ss and HX250R. Though 400ss looks much more glamorous in pictures,HX250R has much better looks and presence in real life.But again you like many a things and there are something that you don't in a bike.

                          Not to mention RC390 was nowhere to be seen to have a visual comparison with HX250R in AutoExpo.

                          What I am most concerned about RC390 here is the mileage it is going to return.Being 390 it would get a hit. What's the mileage for Duke390,anyone?

                          Secondly I heard many petty issue related to rims/frame related to Dukes,are they that severe ? Will they be rectified in RCs?

                          Thirdly the riding posture?I was mainly attracted with HX250R for that comfortable(seemingly) straight upright riding posture.I know rc390 riding posture is quite aggresive but as I am 6 feet ,will that be helpful ?

                          Lastly, RC390 seems the size of a teen who is yet to hit it's puberty in the pictures(haven't seen in real life yet), whereas the HX250R seems quite healthy size.

                          Seems I have many concerns if I think of it now. :P

                            hopefully. but it is not an aggressive bike as HX. its more of a relaxed machine.

                              So this bike is supposedly good for tall riders? I mean my current bike looks like a pocket bike when I sit on it and it has an upright riding posture.

                              I want a bike that looks good on me. I have this one on my list of bikes to consider before purchasing something.

                              I'm 6+ feet BTW.

                                Me too expecting the same thing from hero as they are launching their silently from past some time. I am sure that it will be a surprise launch but it will be a big one with a proper launch event with media test rides also.
