Here is one Raw pics from net. the gear lever is the reversed type similar to the SBK.

Spec sheet wise HX is way ahead of CBR. but the only thing is if HX is priced above 1.5L, then people may go for CBR since it is already proven. still it is worth mentioning that the upcoming tuned CBR with more power costs more. just a thought.

even after the update the CBR300 is still less in number of horses by 2.. and the weight might reduce, but not too much.. maybe some 7 kgs at max they can reduce..

Ya, the rumoured CBR 250R with dual head lamps makes 29 bhp and not 300.

Honda cbr250r's refreshed version produces 29bhp which is not yet available in India. Honda new cbr300r produces 30.4 bhp with 27nm of torque and its 7 kilos lighter than cbr250r but still its 26 kilos heavier than hx250r. I am waiting for a shootout between these two bikes, I feel hx250r will beat cbr300r easily as its 26 kilos lighter and it has .6bhp of power advantage on its side. On top of it hx250r produces its 31 horses at 9000rpm whereas cbr300 makes its peak power which is 30.4bhp at 8500rpm.

Both CBR 300R and HX250R produce 31 PS which equates to around 30.4bhp. So its the same output .

PS: Can anyone please give me a link where Hero says this bike is 31PS ?

yes. both the bikes have same power. but HX has a huge advantage of weight. but we are speaking about 250 Vs 300.

anyway, both the bike will have a different behavior and they will be unique in their own way.

i had that doubt, since i have never seen officially anywhere. but i believe the spec stated in the internet since it was stated during the day of reveal itself.

all the blogs/websites cant be wrong
