Info: He said all the equipments on the bike (Paioli shocks, Pirelli Sports Demon tyres, Petal disks, twin cans.. ) will be as-is on the production bike bar some fit and finish stuff. Did not ask if the power was bumped up from 25 BHP being quoted earlier.

Nice piece of information. You could have informed them that they are a little to the competitionOriginally posted by Mithungo View PostAbout the exhaust note - No. I think I rode off before he did.

I agree. Not only are they late, the party has moved on quite a bit.
It looked well built - but needed a good sticker job to jazz things up. I guess they will take care of that during production runs.
The plastics were all good looking. No oil leaks anywhere for a bike that has done some pretty bad roads.Hakuna Matata

Re: Mahindra Mojo previewed to dealers, expected to launch soon
Everything is good in this bike except pillion seat. I am saying this because I have a feeling that mahindra will price it in such a manner that it will look good for its price.sigpic

Indian Player, so expect the unexpected.. if they price it between 1.15 to 1.35, then it would be the best bike in that slot..Originally posted by Naveen1985 View PostEverything is good in this bike except pillion seat. I think they will price it around 1.3 lacs so that they can kill 3-4 birds p200ss, duke 200, cbr 250, cbr 150 with a single arrow.Originally posted by rreneav1987 View PostIndian Player, so expect the unexpected.. if they price it between 1.15 to 1.35, then it would be the best bike in that slot..
P.S: I haven't included RC200 is the list because their set of customers is totally different i.e. those who prefer looks over practicality or those who want tract tool.sigpic

Too much expectation.
But I am skeptical about this bike doing well, solely due to the fact that, Mahindra has no experience in premium segment at all(read 150cc segment). While it feels good to think out of propertion, but certain factors might go against the bike-
1. With Mechs trained for 100 CCs directly getting the responsiblity of 300CC.
2. With limited market for such product, can Mahindra afford a Dedicated mech for these bikes!!.
3. The already messed up SVC needs to be revamped to accomodate the product(Again Expensive).
They should Either have started premium and gone one by one step down gradually(300CC-200CC-150CC-110CC), Or the reverse way.
In my opinion, its a bad product planning, speaking from business perspective, though I believe, they must have far better people than me, to take decisions
