I never expected it, but around two days back I saw a RC200 near Ramiah college back gate, bangalore. I now understand that these guys are having their bikes with no RTO registration. WHY IS KTM people giving bikes to such people without registration and making us wait instead. Isn't that supposed to be our delivvery pieces? How can they do these kinds of injustice? or am I missing something?

There are atleast a handful of RC200 roaming around bangalore. If you see aanyone near you, make sure you beat the crap out of them and take your bike back!
I was about to go and ask him what's what, but he pulled away before i could plan my approach. I don't understand who the **** are these VIPs. Why can't anything in India go without corruption and suffering for the weak!

I booked mine on 10th sept. its been 65 days. When on their delivery time it was written 45-90 days, I was pretty convinced it was just 30 days. THATS WHAT THEY SAID THE BAS**RDS. They told me since your booking on the day of booking open, you will be given priority. it boils my blood to see that KTM favours those who lick their Ba88s. And moreover, there are people who do too!

If you booked your bike later than 10th then back off and give the real early bookers some space. WE might have any reason to have booked early, and in my case even if I couldn't afford it, I had to arrange the 30k initial downpayment. This being my first bike ever, I cannot wait. I have waited for all my life for this one bike. Unless you feel the same way, back off and let the ones who really need it and want it, get it. In my case I really need a replacement bike too.

I drove ktm rc 390 today and honestly there was a lot of back pain in just two kilometre ride on it well the bike is very good very quick response very nice maybe once get used to it. after owning it.

Nice broooo...

For me I called and was told deliveries are done for people who have booked till sept 18. Next lot Is coming on the 20th and they are not sure how many bikes it has. They will call next set of people based on bikes arrived if lucky I will get it on next week and my number will come or else will need to wait for 20 more days for next slot.

Waiting continues.....

What I have got is, a tentative confirmation which depends on the number of bikes that will be coming in the next lot! Fingers crossed!
That's what I was also told, till now, from my showroom, 11 200s have been delivered and I am in for the next lot! Let's see, I am hopeful!

Chill man, everyone who wants a rc seems to want it ASAP. From what i understand from the dealer here, ktm seems to have 'rationed' the bikes for the month of Oct (Maybe they have not produced enough to meet the demands).. and then there were delays with RTO's.
And you must understand that the dealer will tell you cock n bull stories to get a booking/advance payment. if ktm mentioned 45-90 days, then you can't do much since you have no proof that the dealer promised it in 30 days. If it exceeds 90 days, drop in an email to the bajaj/ktm customer care.. or maybe just do it now.

Everyone from B'lore here are sure about the clearance? is the wait finally over? Will we be seeing RC200s on the streets now?

Yes, The final RTO clearance for RC200 has come and is updated on the RTO website as well. This means the RC200 is good to go for permanent registrations.

I am not sure but I don't think the delivery has speeded up.

I called KTM today as they said they will get stock today !!!

As usual said you will get a call from back office, i asked for back office number they provided the same and now a new thing !!!

She said that there is NO stock at all not even sure when they are getting new stock

And said you need to wait for 40 more days and will get it by jan first week if you have booked in September End

This is not done KTM !!! All my excitement is gone now and I feel like should go and pick up R15 or Duke 200.

If all goes well, I am supposed to have mine by next weekend!!

I was supposed to go and do the payment this week but I don't think I will be able to do that during weekdays. Will be paying up on this Sat and hope to get it by next.

Regarding stock, what I was told by my showroom is (of-course in a veiled way), if I pay up now, I will get the bike that day or the next!! Not sure if I should believe them or not. Will only be able to correctly say once I go there to pay this Saturday.

Great Man !!! I wish you get it, and yes you will get it,

I don't get even when KTM is producing bikes in Pune, dealers in pune have no idea of stock at all, even they don't know when the stock is coming.

I just blasted yesterday saying why did they commit me 45 days when they cannot deliver, my 50 days are done 40 more day to go
