    Which news link?
Also the on road price is subject to various factors. Transportation, taxes, handling charges, registration, govt approvals, etc. So 63k will automatically go above 70k.
These news are all still speculations and insider scoops. They mean nothing until the bike actually gets delivered to its new owner and only then will we know the truth.

The point we are trying to convey is that the price the website is quoting for the new Unicorn 160 now is EXACTLY the same on road price of the current generation Unicorn in Delhi which cannot be true! It should atleast be expensive by 5000 rupees. The article is mere speculation.

Honda is phasing out old unicorn & bringing out this new unicorn 160?

The reports say that the bike is already in dealerships. Had anyone visited a dealer and seen it in person?

Finally front view of this 160 cc has leaked out courtesy of Powerdrift. From their watermarks, I feel they are already reviewing it and the review should go live on the day Honda launches the bike. Headlamp looks like it has been taken out of the current gen Unicorn.

These pictures are not revealing almost anything except headlight and that too from a very awkward angle.

Only if this one weighs at around 135-138 Kg max, I will consider getting one. Will replace my RTR next year. Will need a decently powerful commuterish bike after marriage.

While that is partially true, something is better than nothing and I can guess a lot from what I see. Engine is brand new(looks the same as the engine of the newly launched dirt bike in Brazil), front tyre profile seems like it was taken out of the Trigger and the rear tyre is definitely the same size as the Trigger(110/80). Also the wheels don't look like they are 18".

I am on the same boat as you are! Anything more than 138 kgs max on this, I will have to go with the Gixxer.

The bike IMO is for people who already know what the Unicorn is capable of and therefore would not mind spending a few more bucks for a bigger engine and slightly modern styling. So people who want style, will go for the new street naked bike's from the likes of Suzuki and Yamaha, while the slightly older folk may like this new unicorn for daily commutes because of the reliability of the engine.

The overall looks of the bike are quite "Meh". I have to say though, that's the best Saree Guard I've ever seen on a motorcycle!

I think looks are subjective! Even their previous CB Trigger which is supposed to be a naked bike, didn't have much of that naked styling except for that slightly larger fuel tank. We still haven't got to see this bike properly except for some pics in awkward angles.

As for the saree guard, it is again lifted straight from the Trigger. Except the saree guard that came with Trigger didn't have the foot rest attached with it while this does.

The previous post is what I think of the bike, and I'm sure there are many who would disagree with me. I accept and acknowledge that very well.

I didn't know they had a bike named Trigger, so naturally I never knew about the Saree Guard designed like that.

I guess this bike can be considered as an upgrade to the Unicorn (150) and not a competitor to the FZ or Gixxer. This makes much more sense since the Unicorn is known for its reliability and not for it's looks.
