Can't agree though..............RTR160FI is as good as a P200 already so far as pick up and corner speeds are concerned. The RTR180 would have the capacity to better and be at par with both the bikes, just as R15.
Moreover P220 is a flagship and RTR180 would also be a flagship bike,so judging by silly 20cc variants is not a good judgement.
I would rather always see the flagships at one another like P220 vs ZMA vs R15 vs RTR180 on a track.
On city roads 150cc bikes would out do these flagships with midrange grunt rather.

Two-wheeler maker Bajaj Auto on Thursday reported a 14.40 per cent fall in its motorcycle sales in March at 1,32,210 units against 1,54,443 units in the same month last year.

"Bajaj expects stronger growth in the first quarter of FY'10 powered by the continuing success of the XCD 135 DTS-Si as also the launch of product upgrades off the Pulsar platform," BAL said

All that is okay, for cosmetics, but wont plonking in fatter tires cut some performance & efficiency?

And I seriously hope bajaj does not put the 220's fairing on the 200 along with clip ons. Because the only thing differentiating the two would be the absence of a rear disk and a hidden Fi system. So from a distance both look identical. This is like making 3 different sculptures with some similarities, and later smashing them together, so ultimately everything looks more or less same!

Better still, they could have taken advantage from the recent KTM/Kawasaki tie up and bring in some refreshing panels and designs for the 180 & 200!

Changed some component related to the starter motor for smoother crank.
The decals have been changed a bit too.

    No Kicker For This Hmm......
