Maybe there are no new upgrades. Maybe it was just a hoax Like a false bomb scare.

Someone from Bajaj works here. Bajaj official/s (obviously someone working at a higher level) must have seen the video being posted here in xBhp. He must have disapproved, and therefore, the action taken. Nothing more, nothing less.

Bajaj is wrong in creating such an over-reaction. But the mods here had no choice in my view.

Like everybody is saying, the internet offers a wider audience, especially xBhp where everybody is trying to be in their best manners, irrespective of what they are in real life! Normally, on the net its the other way round

So the most to the point, sensible, honest feedback, would be here rather than anywhere else.

Grow up Bajaj. Grow up me and you.

exactly..! I'm with you ken..! If its not for publicity why was it there in the showroom in the first place.. and also even though the video was a sting operation. its was quite clear that its kept in the open where anyone can see it.
i'm thinking the whole thing is a gimmick to get a whole lot of attention..

But you can't expect a great response by just keeping them at one showroom.

Well it wouldn't have looked like a sting operation if they would have allowed to take pics/vids of the bike

I just think the guy at the showroom gave a very lame excuse to people why they shouldn't shoot pics or videos.

The internet is replete with branded fanboys (from both sides of the story).. An Honest Response according to me cannot be guaranteed. Maybe those bikes were just meant to be seen by Pune ProBiking Customers (for 3 days) only.

Anyway the news is actually an Open Secret now courtesy modern technology (Mobile cam and YouTube)..

the video actually does look like a Sting operation.. the first in the History of Desi Bikes..??

    Hi everyone,
Yesterday I had a chat with the owner of bajaj outlet of raipur, which will become a probiking showroom by next month.
He told me that although he does not know the specs and all, but the new bikes will come out in 1-1.5 months as BAL always launches newer models at the start of the new financial year

Ken Cool buddy..... I totally agree with you.....

coz no specific point's made by removing the video from xbhp, coz if you talk about Bajaj maintaining secrecy about it's bikes..... the video is still on YouTube and I don't buy the idea that Bajaj guys don't watch YouTube!!

but any ways we are here to dicuss about P200 and P180 vairants. As a P200 I used to be pretty much excited about new variants of the bike, but my excitement has somewhat exhausted by the over strecthed wait and melodrama arround the "expected release". Bajaj should really act fast and wisely else, I see more troubled days for it.

My point stands. You bring bikes out to a showroom for 3 days, it is NOT a secret anymore. Look at the name/topic of this thread. This is 2009. And there is Internet!
