I think that the journalist typing this article is confused. He just added the word "fast" subjectively...
Nobody from Honda is quoted saying that these 5 bikes would be "fast bikes". That's right! I couldn't find even one such indication.
And secondly, by 3 years, we expect a lot of things happening here, like Ninja 250, KTM Duke, FZ1 launch, etc.---
Brotherhood, Rules, Freedom. Xbhp.
Indian riding = Alertness, Anticipation and Adjustment.

Go Honda...GO....Originally posted by cyclone2k View PostMUMBAI: Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India (HMSI) has chartered an aggressive growth path for itself in the fast-growing bike segment. The wholly-owned two-wheeler subsidiary of the Honda Motor Company, Japan plans to launch a 100cc bike by December and introduce five more models in three years with the objective of encashing on the growing opportunities in the bike market.
First a 150cc Unicorn
then a 125cc Stunner
next 5 models will be 100cc, 80cc, 50cc, 35cc, electric wheelchair
Honda is Honda...no matter what we really require...they will get all hopeless models with sticker or paint jobs. Together with HH, they will rule the Indian "Average kya hai" market for years, flooding the market with all cheapo rebores of the same engine....
There was a time when I was an ardent Honda fan...now, I love Yamaha
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

They are not in business for charity (giving out powerful bikes) but to make money (selling what most people want) and you clearly know by their business numbers who makes better business - Honda or Yamaha... or even being a Honda dealer or a Yamaha dealer...Originally posted by niranjanvaidya View PostGo Honda...GO....

with the 50cc being the largest ever selling bike in the world.....
Looking currently...........whatever honda is doing is more than pathetic...
Mann..I want to stand and salute the guy who came up with the idea of painting the cylinder head with sparkling florocent "red" color...

In coming times, I expect their fetish of florocent colors to reach pistons and crank shafts etc...

and then to enable visibility to them they give transparent engine compartment... see, technology at its best and it would find a lot of buyers.Originally posted by Devilpulsarian View Postwith the 50cc being the largest ever selling bike in the world.....

A lot of people around the world call them so... even for the CBR's (compared to their competition) and we may as well call them so. One day everyone of us would be an uncle and would probably prefer their Uncle's bikes... they are still probably the most successful motorcycle manufacturer. You will not be able to forget Honda. The very fact that we crib upon them so much is that we love their bikes and want them to take the next step and give more aggressive stuff! So shall we forget them as "makers of uncle bikes".....

Dont worry they will even paint those transparent engine compartments looking at the florocent painting spree they are in, in there "plus and minus" versions.....
"more" aggresive................Originally posted by HydBiker View PostA lot of people around the world call them so... even for the CBR's (compared to their competition) and we may as well call them so. painting bikes with potpourrie mix mangle florocent confused colors doesnt make a bike aggresive in any way.....!
and when we will become uncles, then we might applaud honda...coz probably that time we might have lost all zeal towards life..
Today, we are zestfull and lets not kill all that with honda Indias lazy, lacklustoros bikes.......!
