        lolz...
I just got to know more about this bike from a very creditable source!
Here is the deal in 'shorts'
        1) The bikes name is NOT discover
        2) The bike is a rehashed restyled version of a old (popular 100cc) bike from Bajaj (its has a retro look with all back styling)
        3) Its powered by the DTSi engine platform from XCD and sports the same exhaust as well...

As far as the name is concerned I have given enough info and hints in my post above... and as obvious I cannot say more about the bike

I meant that XCD is the only >150 cc bike from Bajaj with 5 gears!

As far as I recall, the LML ( - Daelim) Adreno/Energy duo had 110 cc engines.. it also probably had 3 valves.

Can anyone confirm these for me..??

The Adreno and Energy were 100cc bikes. They later launched upgrades call the adreno/energy FX which were 110cc. All had 3 valves.

Adreno and Energy had 3 valve (two intake, one exhaust) 99.8 cc engines producing 8.5 bhp at 9000 rpm. Only the Adreno came with 5 gears, the Single caliper Disc break up front and a self starter from then current LML scooters. Energy didnot even get 5 gears.

The Fx series was 108.8 cc with 10.5 bhp at 9000 rpm, rest remaining the same. The Energy Fx came with a crown type fairing which looked good.

They were the only 100 cc bikes which looked bigger than the CBZ.

Are you sure about the power figures because IIRC, it was 9.5 bhp for the 110cc engines?

My mistake. It was 9.5 bhp.

On a personal note: IT FELT DAMN GOOD TO RIDE THEM.
