In excitement people are missing the changes I guess.

The silencer is different and looks better. The rear tail panel is black in colour or grey?

Yeah missed that, the exhaust definitely looks nice, more like a after market look

Wow!!! This sure is BIG news. Now we only have to wait the renovation of the showrooms of Probiking. The moment you guys see renovations happening in Probiking showrooms, you will realise that the "new" bikes are coming! Big Green Grin!
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

I feel bajaj ll do some cost cutting here also by getting in a carbed version with about 26-28 ps of power.
2.1-2.3 L is a sensible pricing according to me , Anyting more than that will be high.

                Just my opinion

My take is pricing WILL be 3L or thereabouts... definitely not much less! Sorry to break your bubble.

Its not always about the top speed buddy, take the product as a whole. You get a bike with a renowned chassis and sweet handling that has been lauded the world over. Having said that i do agree with you that 3+ Lakhs does seem a bit steep for the baby Ninja. If only Bajaj can go the CKD route and bring down the prices.

                      Ladies (wishful thinking) and Gentlemen...

well, before the flaming starts and speculation reaches new heights, I would like to say a few things...

Pricing at 3 lakhs is definitely on the higher side. But as all of it is speculation, we cannot be sure as of now if it will be 3 lakh n more or less.

If its a CBU, then it will definitely be over 3 lakhs. As a CKD, the cost will come down significantly, say about 2.3 to 2.4 ex showroom. If there are any XHPians who cant get some inside dope and confirm this, then we can speak further about the pricing and get closer to the possible figure. Till then its all popcorn business.

IMO, a price of 2.25 to 2.40 lakh is justified for the 250 kwacker. A bike which does 0-100km/h under just 7 seconds and reaches a top whack of 160km/h comfortably, not to mention the refined 250cc motor and superior quality of cycle parts.

Goverments across the world charge duties on import goods and bikes r no exception for it. Like we have in cars too, where CBUs like the Honda CRV and the Vitara cost way more than their actually price in the international market.

Quality comes at a price and its best that we all cash-strapped bikers realise this and learn to deal with it than sit and hope for the import models to be priced economically.

                      Ride safe.

It is a fuel injected model. The Carb-model is only for the US market.
