The last time I rode a Ducati was when I talked a dude to have me ride his Desmocedici RR at the Great Lakes Dragway in Wisconsin back in 2008!! These machines are so so stable that the mighty Desmocedici allowed me to take turns and bend it at arround 100kmph with a top wack of 240 kmph... all when I was fairly new at handling Superbikes (it made me understand that.... this is one thing that you can keep on learning through your entire lifetime and still find something new each day)

Man what a day was that.... a ride of all the monsters in a single day!!

The engineering penacle that Ducati is... makes me go double minds over the 1198 and the Yamaha R1 (2009 +).... if only Ducati would have been priced more competively
Twist your wrist and feel the shift!!

Are you sure about it? I thought if it'd be within 10k, I'd have tried it....

@Ken Da & Aryan Da: Can you people give some exact details on this (tricolour ARAI helmets).......

Base removable liner ARAI helmets cost north of Rs. 20,000 outside India. This is a special edition, Ducati one, so more expensive. And this is before the duties!

I will be there sometime this month, I will check and report.
