Densitometer
Ok, the densitometer is something to look out for.
What is the densiy value that we are looking for (on these densitometers) in these pumps?

I think Cauvery Auto Services near Lalbagh West Gate is okay. I have been going there for a very long time now, let's say from my birth itself, because we had an account there & we got credit as well. Then Park View near Home School Circle is okay as well. The BP bunk at BTM Signal next to A2B is okay too. I go to CAS only.

shell guys have their own cans and we have to pay 400 bucks just to get that can..it will be 5 litrs i think and when we give the can back we get back our money...but what if i have only 100bucks and no petrol bunk anywhere in sight ....??? that would be like shit man

Gosh, I never noticed a second page of this thread.
All my views have already been posted.
However, now i realise why Shell bunks refuse to fill in bottles (its illegal)
And coming to the device to monitor fuel added into the tank, I would suggest a small vertical transparent strip on the tank (with markings) itself to show how much fuel has been filled. ( BAJAJ: u listening???
). Because I feel, adding another Gizmo to the bike will behave like the new ZMR's " real time fuel Indicator" which behaves really funny. Courtesy: ownership experiences.
I feel adding another meter or so, will take time for the fuel to settle down and might behave differently if the Bunk is situated on an uphill...
anyway, just my suggestions.
And heyy Darkknight, I wanted to ask you, is the density of petrol much higher when the temperature is very cold?? Do we get more quantity of petrol if we fill in such freezing temperatures??Leave a comment:

That is, IMO, the best solution by far to stop this cheating. To start a campaign on a moral thing is like drawing on water surface.. We should have something in our bikes which will tell us the litres being added, with the option of calibration.
We can think of making it ourselves or guiding some folks in colleges to take it as a project.. phew.. there u go..!Leave a comment:

How about bike manufacturers come up with a gadget integrated in the speedo or some where appropriate that let us know the liters added to the existing fuel in the tank filled by the petrol bunk. I am sure it is not a difficult one.Leave a comment:

before the crash there was a thread with the list of 'Trusted' bunks. Can we use this thread to create one? (may also create a list of contrary but that I guess will be endless and too long).
I fill fuel from the BP pump on JVLR near Mahakali caves, Mumbai. my speedo is faulty these days so I wont mention the milage but I go here because some of my friends recommended this one.Leave a comment:

But I feel, company operated petrol bunks are better than any private. I even don't sometimes believe in shell also.
