  • SZ Concept a budget 150 cc..??

A crazy thought just crossed my mind: Could the Yamaha SZ concept by any chance be a budget 150 cc (using the same 150 cc engine FZ) offering from Yamaha..??

Like the FZ this one (SZ) too doesn't have a kick starter.

is this SZ's console?looks like it is a 125cc.Is it only me who thinks that SZ looks like unicorn concept?if it is 100 cc then it will be intresting to see it against CB Twister but will it have features like tubeless tyres,9bhp,front discs which all are present in Twister. Most important thing will be its pricing.

          • @Samarth 619,
            Advance Happy Birthday to You!

So we're in Yamaha Stand Thread right?
Why asked.. Eh! Because words like Ninja, Probiking, CB Twister etc confused me a bit!

Overall Yamaha Stand at Auto Expo 2010 dissappointed me though Chicks were great Icing on not so great showcase

I guess, SZ Concept is promicing some Fresh Appeal to the 100-125cc customer's.
The design is new, though not diffrent but makes a sense in looks.

As expect we saw the 2009/2010 R1 in white and blue. Great, gorgeous and am short of words. As well as the V-MAX was there supressing every other thing in that area. What a menacing look.
I guess, in 2010 at least 50 people will buy the R1 and other 20 would buy the V-Max. Yamaha sure have some superb products for these 70 people.
But what about rest of those thousands of people who expected ''some real effort'' from Yamaha yet again. Dissappointed they are, and am one of those thousand people. And thus the Launch of these BIG BIKES does APPEALS me to Huge extent but dosn't makes sense to me.

Rather I would have been more pleased to see a more practical chota v-max or any such bike which is more practical to Indian mass and Youth.

Even I think same...and this can perform better than FZ as it has much thinner tyres than FZ..
