Thanks alot guys. just came back from my ride. I normally take it out at around 10 pm. Ride it for about 35 - 40 km and back. May be its my urge to cover the initial 1000 kms and get the first service done. After that the "break-in " rpm goes upto 8000. .The bike is very effortless to ride. There is loads of power in every gear. It pulls very cleanly from 60 kmph in 6th gear without any fuss.I havent changed the mode settings and plan to keep it on A.Looking at replacing the stock cans . They are way to silent. Need a little more sound from that inline 4.

Something that happened today. Just 30 mins ago i was getting the tyre pressure checked when these guys come over and ask me 3 questions . first ,which one is it ? second, how much is it ? and third CAN I TAKE IT FOR A SPIN? I answered the first two but just dint have the heart to say yes to the third . On a side note , if there is any biker from chandigarh here pm me and we can go for a ride together or something. cheers.

On a side note a karizma rider was hell bent on racing me and would come parallel and let go of the throttle. I dint know how to react so i let him be . After sometime he rode off like stoner cutting through cars/trucks. I heaved a sigh of relief. Upon reaching home physically i felt as if i had been in the ring with brock lesner but mentally i had a feeling of being in the arms of scarlett johansson. Talk about mixed emotions. The pics come up tomorrow.Just cant get hold of a decent camera.
Hello Kay,

Many congratulations on your Busa and here's welcoming you to the adrenaline -pumping, gut-wrenching and show-stopping world of super biking. Here's also welcoming you to the ludicrously insane world of bikers getting all psyched up automatically on the road when they see a superbike, quite liked the way you penned it down.

Have fun tons,

Cheers!

Jay.

Thanks for the compliment guys ! Now that I ve had the bike for over a week, I am burning the midnight oil trying to find upgrades for my bike from the screen to the fender eliminator to everything in between . At the moment I need to get a number for the bike. Delhi regustration is too expensive so will prolly look at chandiville.

Its been raining cats and dogs here in chandi so the ride has taken a backseat. I ve noticed a latest trend. Now people instead of asking about the average this thing gives want to know how much it costs.Beats me.
Will post new pics soon as soon as some sun is shining.

Carlitos @ My mum was more perturbed about that fact that I used her car's cover to protect my bike from rains and that I insist that the bike "CAN" be parked inside the living room.

rakshit @ Mate the suzuki guys in delhi send in their person to chandi for service at an extra cost but i intend to ride it down to delhi and take it to their work shop and have everything done infront off me.

Jay@ Bro I ve pm'ed you again , I dont think i got the earlier message you sent me. Something with my profile i guess.

I got your pm Kay. I shall send you another reply with regards to your questions.

Also keep insisting on the fact the bike CAN and SHOULD be parked in the bedroom if not least the living area

Hey Guys , i thought now would be a good time to update this thread. The bikes' 2 month old and has coverd 4000 kms. I just got done with the second service and added some stuff including a zerogravity DB smoke screen , k/n replacement AF , TBR Slips , radiator /oil filter guard and engine case slider. With the stock cans gone the bike is much more nimble. The sound has definitely gone over the roof and maybe a light bump in performance in the mid range ( 120 - 200 kmph)
Has let her loose more than once on the GT road and 220/230 comes up real fast. That DB does make a difference with the airflow. My minds already thinking over the next set of mods and the list includes Dynojet PC V , auto tune and quick shifter and pazzo gold levers and gold alumenium rims. The Pics and maybe a video ( if i can figure out how ) of the new exhaust comeup soon. Ride safe.

wow... 4000 kms in two months is super. Im sure the Busa is getting you addicted and specially the roar of two brothers is intoxicating. Your list of aftermarkets is impressive. Whats the Radiator/oil filter guard ? where did you source it from ? Would love to see more pics with all those goodies adorning your Busa
Enjoy the rides now that the winters are here

Some pictures guys. its a phone cam so the quality is fairly average.
ram : the radiator / oil filter guard protects the radiator and oil filter from getting damaged from flying debris / stones/ chips on the road. Typically usesull on highways where debris from cars in front can fly and hit the radiator / oil filter. i ve uploaded a pic for your reference. get them from PRS.
