The medium density foam protectors are pretty useless IMO. And it's preferable to strap on the back protector to one's body rather than insert it into the back pocket; especially when the jackets and suits most wear are not perfectly snug against the back.
Well it has a zipper slot for a foam protector but haven't been able to find the correct fitting one yet. Will check it out with PRS and hope for the best. But yeah, since SF feels that the strap on is a better option anyways, I guess I'm covered in that department.

I guess it had to happen..."ran into" a scooterist the other day. He decided to make a quick right turn from the opp direction, and I couldn't see him because of a car overtaking me from my right. Ended up broadsiding him and sending him on his ass. No injuries though, but some damage - front cowl cracked, headlight cracked, right mirror broken...pretty painful to look at and got a stiff bill for it, but an important lesson for me - NEVER LET YOUR GUARD DOWN.

Currently getting the insurance sorted out and hopefully she'll be back to 100% soon!

Bike is running fine except for cosmetic damage.

Just had a good ride to Igatpuri with some great guys. I think I picked up a lot from watching them. Going to do this as much as time permits now

Didn't you buy this from the guy who was too short for it?

Yes, he was having trouble with the size.

                                She's back!

Back with a bang. Added a few goodies too:

Jardine RT 5 Carbon Fibre Slip-on
                                K&N High Flow filter
                                Vortex adjustable levers
                                Powerbronze tinted double bubble screen
                                Hotbodies Racing Rear Hugger
                                R&G "Aero Style" Crash Bobbins
                                R&G rear spools
                                Cycleguys "Fastpack"
                                Rim stripes

                                On their way:
55w 5000k HID hi and low beams
                                R&G tail tidy kit
                                Custom designed tank graphics
                                Clear Stompgrip kit
                                Driven "Diamond" grips

Was considering PC5 but Dynojet says they don't have a map for the Euro Spec 1000RR with Jardine exhaust, and there's no dynos to tune it on here. Jardine says the bike will run fine without PC5, so holding back till I'm convinced it's a good idea.

Now that she's setup the way I'd like it, she runs like a dream. Accurate power, precise handling and beautiful sound. Riding is pure joy
