          Hi dbr 650,
Thanks. Yes mine is also 2016 paint job.

By the way done 950kms. Flew from Chennai to namakkal and back last weekend. Oh boy. It was such an amazing ride. Me coming from r15, I didn't feel any bumps on the road and the long distance comfort is brilliant. As it was in break in period could not push it above 4k rpm while going and 6k rpm while coming back. But the power felt during these rpm range is more than sufficient in our road conditions. Did 90kph at 6th gear @4k rpm and 130kph at 6th gear @6k rpm. I am satisfied with the purchase.[emoji4]

Yes, the new ninja 650 and the z650 have all been launched in India and will be available at your nearest Kawasaki Showroom. Probably some Kawasaki dealers may not have it for display but for sure it is launched and available for Sale. I saw both new bikes in Anzen Kawasaki Showroom in Mumbai. I loved the looks of the new Ninja 650. Its much more appealing than the previous version.

Hi Sachin Ji, you being an experienced rider and owner of Ninja, I would like to ask your idea of HID Xenon headlamp for Ninja 650. Recently I had been to Bengaluru, went to Alpinestar store at Orion Motors at Near Forum Mall where I asked for Xenon headlamp, there one guy said that it costs Rs.12,000/- and one day of time to install it, and also mentioned that the Unit has to be import from USA. What do you say about the idea...please throw some light on this topic...

My suggestion for the lights will be use the osram nightbreaker or philips xtreme and get a good set of aux for your bike. That should help.

You can opt for Phillips Extreme Vision bulbs, as they are pretty good. Thats what I use in my bike. Otherwise, a pair of aux lamps would be good.

                              Hi guys,

Today morning I have taken my ninja 650 for first service and got it back in the evening. First service cost came around 6800 rs. Please find the bill below.

And also I happened to see the 2017 ninja 650, z650 and z900 available for the show.

                              Z900:

                              New Ninja 650:

And regarding my ninja 650, I planned to install frame sliders, swimgarm spools and buy paddock stand. Where can I get it in chennai? Frame sliders from Kawasaki showroom costs here 11k. Is it normally priced or huge?

                              Thanks and drive safe[emoji4]

Well, if you are very much thinking of going to HID, then you can also take a look at this,

Its a LED bulb, which costs about the same as an HID, as 2 bulbs are needed for the bike, but no modifications are needed to the headlight dome, as its just plug n play, so all you need to do is take out the old stock bulb and fit this one in that place, or else as others have mentioned can opt for Osram or Philips Xtreme vision, which are lot cheaper options, which even I am using (Xtreme Vision) on my Er6n, but when compared with the LEDs, halogens are no match though...
