It was my first ever longish ride on anything more powerful than my R15, with a 70 kg pillion and, not for a moment, did I feel like I was out of control or intimidated. Not even we rode the grass filled up with shells or when I duck feet her backwards for around 50 meters when I missed a road.

Well, we left at around 0630 and reached there around 0830, after a break of around 30 minutes at the MacD. By the time we reached, it was, indeed, pretty hot out there. Thing to note is the temp never went past 102 degs. The heat never made it to the rider. The few hot touches that I felt, on my legs from the engine, for the first few days were gone, thanks to the engine guard !
Next ride has to be to a cooler place

I am pleased to report that Roadbuster has, again, come out with flying colors !
I was a bit apprehensive about riding through rush hour traffic through broken roads and dust trails to my office. Well, I decided to do it. I decided to do this when i saw Google Maps showing a much more than usual congestion levels throughout the route and congested it was !
Movement from Agara Lake to Sarjapur signal, hardly any movement, would have made my R15 smoke my calf but not here. The dusty (almost off road service ) just before Sarjapur signal was dealt with shocking ease as I was expecting the tyres to struggle without tarmac at low speeds. Cutting through little spaces is as easy. People give way without the horn. Ignored many drooling eyes at signal.
Inference - Daily Commute to Office is possible !
Side Note - Shell petrol seems to make the machine go smoother and run a few degs cooler ! It is Shell from now on.

For z800, the booking amount is 1lac, and the minimum downpayment is around 2.5lacs (1lac booking + 1.5 dp). You can negotiate the minimum downpayment with the financer and get it down to 2lacs or something.Originally posted by Divya Sharan View PostComment
