Loved reading through your experience. There is your style with a strong touch of tongue in cheek humour which somehow I feel comes from a western influence with large doses of sarcasm that leaves me in splits!
Those Danes look lovely next to the Jap. I have seldom seen Danes of this colour.
MT on the beach also looks beautiful.
Thanks for sharing.
The Wheel was a great invention; Two Wheels with a Motor in between was even better!

The temperament of the breed gave the name 'Gentle Giants'.Originally posted by gsferrari View PostThose are both female Great Danes. The Harlequin is about 3 years old and she is the mother to the white one which will turn one in October. Both of them are incredibly lovable and friendly. Excellent temperament...

In about 24 hours since I was away this thread's speed has broken the sound barrier.
Congrats. congrats. congrats. This is a really beautiful piece of machinery. Brute power with touch of elegance. Yes, the sound dept needs some work. Europe, although expensive is still the better place for exhausts for the MT-01.
Loved the write up from you & Akhil and also thoroughly enjoyed Akhil's friend's running commentary with the camera. Esp- Yeeshtu mileage?
Wish you a safe & enjoyable journey to Mumbai.

Congratulations GS. Thanks a million Rossiter in getting this through.
What a brilliant write up from both of you. Totally worth risking "fooling around XBHP" at work. I just couldnt help reading each and every post at work. I'm sure if i get caught...i can show my boss the MT and get away with it. God Bless Yamaha for putting out such incredible bikes.
Ride safe on your trip to Mumbai....

^Thanks Aryan!

"So I headed down to the showroom, and got the shock of my life when the bike appeared out of the truck with the wheels on, and the PDI was already done, even before it had arrived in Bangalore."
So, uh, these bikes come to the showroom WITHOUT the wheels normally?
Is that not a bit strange? As they are fully imported so should have been fully assembled at the factory, what?
