  • BUSA day 2 report

guys it was the most thrilling time of my life to see my BUSA come alive.
We were waiting at my house and were getting updates from the SWARGATE SUZUKI dealer Chetan Doshi of status of the transport truck which was delayed due to unloading of Sanjay dutt's gold and black busa outside pune octroi. the 3 showroom partners, suzuki sevice technicians, helper boys, me and my friends were waiting at the showroom since 11am and were having chai and more chai just waiting. finally my bike came into pune after paying octroi and reached the showroom at 2.15am.
just see the pickup truck sent us all into a frenzy and things startred moving fast. the showroom had organised everything very well with the service staff unloading my BUSA with a lot of care and concern.
we were clicking photos and getting the video of this moment. everyone was wide awake and laughing and clapping as first they moved the bike on to the ramp, and removed the cardboard cover, and there she was with all covered up in wrapping paper, and bolted to the aluminium cage.
then the upper part of the cage came off. then the wrapping paper. more clapping and cheering. next the mirrors were fixed then the bubble screen and finall the battery.
then came the 97 octane petrol.. and finally it was time.
i sat on the bike for balance and the lower bolts were removed. the BUSA was finally free of the cage..i pushed the bike slowly of the ramp we were on the ground and i turned the ignition pulled the clutch and pressed the starter button and my BUSA purred into life...just like that..
wow. just awesome. i took her for a small spin inside the showroom area and parked my BUSA for the night. time was 4 am
today is day 2 and RTO passing will be done and then i plan to take my BUSA home.
    more pics to follow....
    keep smiling
    dreams come true..
