Anyways dude reading thru' ur entire thread I advice you to stick to official SBK. It is money well spent.

Regarding your concern about which SBK, at our level all SBKs are same. If you go thru' the review on MCN's website and see the riding positions, almost all the Japs are very close the each other. In terms of Engine i dont deny that Fireblades and Gixxers are much smoother. But one gets use to power delivery soon.

If you are looking at comfort then CB1000R is the best bike in the country but you wont get a resale value for naked bike. If you are a Suzuki fan Hayabusa is the best option.

And lastly if you are buying an R1 go with the official 07/08 model. How on earth does a cross plane technology makes difference in your riding. So spending that extra 2 lacs is not worth it.

@sandycorebiker.. thanks a lot for the wishes and your advice bro.. i completely agree with you.. after going through the MCN's site am now much clear about my requirements from a superbike. This time am sure going in for a legal SBK.

@ gideontony i sure will plan a trip to chennai soon.. have sent you a PM with my numbers.. will keep in touch.. it sure would be fun to meet up a group of SBikers.

@ashubhandari.. have seen this video before on you tube while i was checking out details about Gixxers before i bought one. you have superb skills with a SBK.. ride safe bro. I seriously miss my Gixxer much more after seeing your's
