Well, you have 3 options.
1. Jikov
2. Pacco
3. Micarb
Jikov is hard to source and even if you find one, cannot guarantee it will work. Buying a repair kit might help to salvage the carburetor.
Pacco is available but I'v heard the quality is not good as it use to be. Still it works.
Micarb is also hard to source and I've heard will give you better mileage than Pacco and Jikov.
