yamaha rxz(1998) 4 speed ,is it worth buying?

    We build machines itself is difficult and spares dont come easy and all this you want to just test your skill with 4 stroke for 500meters drag to prove that your bike does come out winner? Come on! Stupidity of thoughts.

      Lol...Stupidity of thoughts,not mine but those who does'nt want to accept at any cost that this simple and skinny machine will outperform their modern and newtech 4strokers. I want to make them believe.

          Hi friends, Its just for change,I am very happy with my catcon but I want to just try EC on my rx135 4 speed.What will be the benefit ?? i want it to be tuned for 60-70 kmph. Can i give try to ready made EC available here on JC Road. But i think are these are not properly designed.When enquired to a shopkeeper at JC Road ,Bangalore he told that these are same for both rx100 and rx135 ,I think it is just a lookalike because EC dimensions has strong relation with engine displacement ?? experts are invited with their opinions.

                hi friends,
                I had spent nearly 1 month this time with this 4 speed rx135.....total satisfaction...not a single glitch....except regular wear and tear.....Done some minor electrical modifications.On short tours i had used perforated silencer cap for typical yamaha like sound but on long tours used stock silencer cap.
                One amazing fact ,now i am becoming famous in my area as yamahawala since i am the alone regular user. During this time i have covered nearly 1000 kms with average of 32kmpl.After completing run in ,carb was readjusted but i can not determine new mileage because my speedo gone faulty and to be replaced.Some more info in next post.

                  how to dissassemble speedometer

                  Hi friends,
                  The speedo of my rx135 gone faulty.I think that hair spring is broken. I can repair it ,but i am unable to open it..seems it is sealed. it can be opend only if we remove glass window that is again tough to remove.Comment, suggestions and instructions are invited from xbhpians.

                        The original supplier for Speedometer for RX135 series was Pricol. It is no longer available in Y.A.S.S. You can try the RX100 meter if you like.

                            hi friends,
                            Just spent some good days with my 135,4s.Everyday i am learning new facts about this machine . Repaired my speedo successfully,now working fine.....and one amazing fact for me ..when driven sincerley within the green zone of speedo my rx has given milage of 40+kmpl.feeling happy.
