Ram, i couldn't make out much, but was that old 2-T oil tank you are using? Please replace it.

And do post some pics / vids in colour (maybe HD!!! LOL) as well, it will make life easier for people to judge the quality of rebuild.

And i don't see any disc brake up front !!!!!! Any reason for not opting ?? What about chasis?? Was it existing re-painted or new one??

Oh yes, the Super Dog looks awesome.

He's too possessive about the bike, never lets anyone next to it other than my mech & myself.

Yes Karthik, it's the old 2T tank that came along with the bike. As it was in good condition without any cracks or so, using that. Should i still replace it?
Sure, i'll post some more pics today in color, so you can see the actual quality of the build going on. The main reason for not opting the disk brakes is for a silly reason called as "Budget" which has put a huge hole in the pocket. Will look back at the disk set-up a little later karthik.

No Deepak ji, it's an old RX 100 stand from the year 1990 I guess. Brand new...Sourced it from a guy over here..!

No ji, it's the plastic wrap that makes it look chromy. It's the stock black one.

                                2 things:

The mud-flap on the rear mud guard and the indicators.

Get the original mud-flap.Will look good. Any reason why you choose the crux indicators over the stock ones. i personally like the original ones.
