Super pics ram ji.. By the way, the crash bar, did you buy some antique Tipu Sultan javelins from a museum, chop off the ends, fix it up with a weld, and chrome buffed it..

. Seriously it looks amazing...

Sure ji, goes without saying. For someone who has the passion & dedication towards 2 strokes & knows excatly whts happening under the hood of an freshly bored out puny little 135cc engine, it's always ur's!

Really feels warm to get good comments for the painstaking rebuild. Yes, the buffed parts & chrome plating the parts did cost me a bomb but nothing beats this in terms of looks compared to the others, although maintaining is another painstaking story. I just feel it deserves some respect & afterall it's the best two stroker that was available in the country apart from the Z.

Ha..ha..! Nothing of that sort ji, just a billet steel machined & hard chromed to match the over-all looks. Wouldn't believe if I say the cost incurred to do that.

i am planning to put that type of bar in bike...

Nice job there Ram. As asif pointed out, i have never seen anyone doing chrome on 5-speed clutch covers. Nice outcome though.

Can you share some details on the engine part, as to what all were replaced.

Sure ji, can get you one if you really wanted it. Save-up some 1k-1.5k depending on the hard chrome & other stuff. Don't worry will get you a discount too!

Thanks Karthik. The engine is a first O/S Rebored 4TL10 shoved with ART's with the OEM crank & Connecting rod that came along with the bike. Nothing has been changed or ported. Just a stock bone 5 Speeder
