What size is the front tyre and how do you find the 'flickability' with that tyre?
It's 2.75 x 18" Sirac Street. With the Stock Rim, found to be a little heavy even before the disc set-up was done, but switched to UNION just to see how the lesser weight of the rims compensates, to be frank I would say a job well done. Flickability is a child's play now...

Thanks Nitesh. Btw. found a strange thing, even though it's a Gladi's Set-up, Almost all the Gladi I've seen carries "GABRIEL" Embossed in the bottom above the axle nut in the fork outer leg, but in mine it's Embossed "ESCORTS". How can that be? I mean, it looks good when you see Escorts, but did Yamaha change the vendors or something?

              • Very tastefully done on the bike, only the buffed forks and master cylinder would have looked out of place, but with the buffed clutch and magnet cover its looking good.

Ram: How about the chain covers, did you repaint them you are they still chromed as earlier?

I had bought a new set as the older Chromed Chain covers had a too much of "Bling Factor" carried over..

@ Jd666: Think Gear Oil ( if it is 90) will make your suspension Stiffer beyond control, it may also tend to blow of your Oil seal lip portion in long run ( this is my personal experience with new gen bikes .
Better can go for " hydrol 68 + fork oil mixture" in the ratio 50:50 ratio, will serve the purpose
PS: Hydrol 68 is a servo industrial oil, finds use in machinery hydraulic system, even Castrol & Veedol have similar system 68 oils ( this is not meant for lubrication generally)
@ Ram: Keep your good work going!!

                        Atlast, second life procured...

In today's world where RX spares are very rare & even if they are to be found they are at sky rocketing prices. I would count myself very lucky to find 135 Piston that too in MRP which is hardly known in today's world.
To be honest, it was quite a struggle to get it in right price slab & have finally succeeded.

P.S. @ Sriram, my requirements with you on phone last evening still remains the same in-spite of this.

Excellent Ram. You are 100000 time correct. RX spares are not available at ease. We have heard this from all corners. Getting spares itself considered as boon and that too at MRP rates is top of the world.

                              • Ram just i notice you bike pick on other thread.

IIRC RX135 never came with combination of frontfork with dust seal type and this smaller round indicator. it always came with regular indicators

the later one with out fork dust seal model with rod type headlight cowl came with smaller indicator.

correct me if i am wrong
