  • RX135 Refurnished! This is simply Beautiful!

This is Nisar . I got tis rx135 from Gwalior Mp, and shipped it to coimbatore some months back. I wanted to make its cosmetic a pricy one and different too. My best College life memories will count The making of Tis ride"

I did all te work tat could keep the newly out showroom bikes envy!!!

It took nearly 2 long months to get all work done. I have uploaded some of the pics i took while te assembling.

colour- Black ( original) changed to karizma blue ( matt finiish)'
    engine colour - as grey
cromed every nuts and bolts, the engine head and te brake levers,
bought new pairs of indicators , eadlight assembly, meter servicing, painted te front and back hubs , chain covers, replaced battery, got new spokes and rims, chase painting , new engine bearing set, gear bearing, new gear shaft rod and some important replacements .

I found a petrol filter In te old market. I dont know wic bike it belongs to but i got to know from my mechanic the its a 1983 petrol filter which came with RaJdoot or some other bike. It looks really classy. ( check te pic below).

From the head ligt assembly to the rear tail lamp i got everyting replaced . I could only wait for it to get assembled and start riding . I spent three sleepless nights to get it assembled in kunyamutur , cbe in Abu's fashion workshop. The piston was weak when it arrived in cbe . So i got te cylinder rebored too and got new goetze piston in .

Do let me know if anyting got missed out.

          Good job

That's a good looking bike. Congrats
So how much did you spend to get the bike to the present condition.
Greater help, if you can share individual cost of the whole process.
Was all parts sourced by you or your mechanic?
Why did you opt to chrome the nuts when you could have got a newer with lesser hazels?
What rims and spokes did you get?

          Happy zooming.

Nisar:- Wonderful restoration and the color also looks neat.

                Suggestion:-

                1. Have you thought about adding the thin golden lines around the tank or even darker color would make it close to get the look.

                2. The Petrol filter, are you sure it is going to work? You can have the petrol filter from YASS around 40-45 bucks If I'm not wrong.

                3. Duly get anti-corossion coat underneath the fenders for resisting rust.

Is it? But I did not face any problem for more than a decade. Just let him know that it works fine.
