Not sure in mechanic's world if it is interchangeably called. Check the pic that I have put up in my earlier post to understand much better with part number.

      Hi Sriram,

Sorry I could not go to GP Road last weekend as promised. Bundled with a lot of other commitments.
Checked for parts availability with my local dealer but with least success.

Most probably I will be going to GP road this weekend, will let you know the update.

I see that the powerbox of the rxs100 is not yet discarded. I think as You are running on a big bore You need to be changing it to an rx115s resonator box or just run without one IMO a resonator box designed for 98cc cannot be run on 115cc. I might be wrong please correct.

          Hi Sriram,
          Sorry for the late update.
Are you still looking for the collar? If so, it is available at "Chennai Two Wheelers Ltd", Mudichur Road, Tambaram.

Confirmed through my friend as I couldn't visit in person.

It's the same power box for both rxs100 and rx115/rx-s

Well, Efunds bro You must be more of a cook than a Miker (biker+mechanic), atleast Your thread name says that. Well, jokes apart. Now that You have added spice to Rx100, I need to tell You that it does look hot. How about renaming the thread as "hot just got hotter".

Sherwin, you may call me by Sriram. Done about only 200 kms approx, next is to get timing checked. I feel that this set up will need to be timed again.

Sorry for hijacking Your thread Sriram. Since You have a solution of everything, I wanted to get Your attention by posting it here. My question is: when the handle is turned to its extreme right/left, the metal peg like projection hits the chassis and over a period of time it becomes a dent. Is there any solution for this already? or fixing a rubber cap or something to the peg will be a good idea?

Do really think that I have a solution for everything? Lol..Answer is No. Sorry, I don't know whats the solution for your question. May be you can post this brilliant question again to the http://www.xbhp.com/talkies/thumpers...rx-series.html thread and discuss it and many could benefit out of it.

I'm posting after some years. I have moved to RX115 block imported from SE Asia. The engine is peppy but more of a RX100 type of response. They take off after 5k rpm.
On the whole the bike is smooth and anyone riding this bike wont say its 115cc.

                              1. Hi bro, I have Rx 100 last size block so I am thinking of converting it to rx 115 and also semi porting it. Do you have any suggestions?

                              2. And what all I have to keep in mind while converting it?

                              3. And how was your experience on previous experiment of converting to rx 115 and what was your top speed

Hi, I have finally managed to get my hands on RX 115 (3HB20) Indonesia block cylinder and head

I am thinking of putting 26mm carb , but my friend says rx 135 4s carb is enough

And how did you managed to arrange head gasket for 115 block?

And please tell how much should be the jets size weather it's 26mm carb or 135 carb
