            Re: RD350 Phoenix

Alrity some of the stuff which was installed before the MZB but now graces my store room.bottle coils with the accompanying wires and plug caps(almost waterproof),the super rare KM speedo/ tacho.a lot of the stuff is just languishing in the store, and after 3 years I am having a hard time keeping a tab [emoji19]

              Re: RD350 Phoenix

you should try rerouting the clutch hydraulics line to avoid it from coming in contact or in close proximity to the cylinder heads, though it looks like a braided line the heat generated will be enough to ruin the internal linings and cause leaks

KB100 Thx for the tip,but the line is close yet does not touch upon the engine.meanwhile took care of another PITA problem of carb leak/overflow.got VITON needles.now no more having to turn of the petrol tee.also had to upgrade main jets to 200 for the k&n air filter.another cute little tweak was the conversion kit for the handle bar choke.now no more having to be in awkward positions while starting up.(funny thing is people ask me that have i installed that lever to regulate the pressure like the enfield......and i answer. YES )

This is an awesome rebuild story, loving the latest upgrades you have given to the Beast. Thought you are listing most of the upgrades, do list down all (both performance and aesthetics) upgrades once the rebuild is complete.

The bearings are special ones which I ordered via Avtar.they have more rollers than ordinary ones=no failure
