Yep, I know that they don't like to do change or follow the religious way of doing things but recklessness.

I hope the plating of rims from hero is good, because the plating on yamaha's rims are no longer reliable.

If you plan to use a rdd box, get hold of ngk bp8hs plugs and activa old type plug caps. Bp7rhs wont work out good with the high voltage rdd cdi.

Yeah. I too think that hero splendor rims are much better than Yamaha rims.

Why would you want to move to a cold plug. The digi CDI is capable of burning out richest mixture without any problems due to its tremendous spark strength.
RDD advices to use cheapest spark plug in the .7 gap range like the 7HS or the W5BC.
One only needs to move to cold range plugs when you are too advanced on your timings.

It is not recomended due to the resister in the plug. Any resistor, whether in the plug or plug cap tends to fail at high voltages provided by the black box.

That's where I said, any non resistor type cheap one would do.

But isn't it that resistor plugs are used to supress ignition noise generated during spark,(called EMI), and if these (EMI) are not supressed then they can interfere with engine management system(in cars) and in this case with Rdd black box.

                        Ron recomends non resistor plugs.

Naren, nice to see the cylinder after sandblasting. It looks damn good. I hope he had not overdone the top of the cylinder where the head sits and had been covered all the three sides.

After rebore, if you slip your finger inside, those port edges will be razor's edge, slightly smoothen the sharp edges with 0 grit paper at the ports, but don't over do. But only the edges.

So when is the completion date?
