As a teenager the most fascinating performance bike to me was the Supra. and more when the Powerup version came up. I was just infatuated by its beauty.. till i became eligible to ride and the Shogun came
but my love for the Supra always remained and time and again i used to play with the idea of having a factory fresh Supra Powerup in my stable. So the project was added to my list of to-dos some years ago and two years ago the hunt for a used bike began only only to be disappointed everytime. Then about a year ago i thought of making my own Supra by converting an AX100 series bike. and finally i came across a clean Suzuki Samurai two months ago. meanwhile over the years i had collected almost all new parts for the Supra. The rebuild began one month ago and the parts collection added to the swift rebuild. Sharing some pictures. I hope you guys like them.
For starters here is a pic of a Supra advert from more than two decades ago. (for those who dont know what a Supra is)

... You just need to know where to look. Conventional shopping is a negative for vintage restoration.
