Re: Restoring a Enfield Explorer.......help required!!!
bro are u kidding these only I had to hunt like I was a CBI and every time i go to this pudupet these guys goo crazy and they all surround you asking what u want what u want?? but when I say explorer parts they dont even reply I guy say is it splender model, few guys ask what make is this and some old guys near by would say hey u guys wouldn't even seen one so he will turn back and say no we dont have anything then he will direct u to the shops inside where u just have to keep walking and shops are on both sides of you like a fish market pplz keep asking u what u want what u want so you keep calm and start searching by the parts which are hanging like that I had found these three indicators hanging then this kiddo in that shop gave those three for 300, if there would have been a senior guy or a guy who knows this application definitely he wud have asked 300/pc. because this indicator in germany / europe online shops only lens i saw 4EUR,
so thats a small history of my buy
, but now today I am going to the market to see if I cud get a another one or some alternative.

Yeah, I remember my parts hunt for my Pearl Yamaha. I started the restoration just before leaving for Banglore. I looked for parts in Bangalore for a good 4days. All I would do is get up, get dressed and leave for the seconds market there. I searched high and low for just a set of yolks for my bike and for three days I returned disappointed. No one knew what bike it was even since its from the late 60s. But finally I found a pair of yolks that matched.
Its a tedious affair, often bearing no results. But we still do it for our bikes.

Re: Restoring a Enfield Explorer.......help required!!!
And few more updates on the headlamp... As I had mentioned in my previous post i had bought 2 headlamps one with crome rings orginal ones which came with zundapps in 80's so i am planning to use these ones as I cudnt find a fairing, the lamps was manufactured by Miller ( Germany) correct me if I am wrong ...
The Miller logo
The E logo with wings
Pics of the front indicator
And can anyone relate this indicator to any bike as i am not sure which indian bike had this 😣Rx 100 1986

eminemjohn. Absolutely great find. The rarity of the object you have found itself amazing. How much did it cost bro?
I think the indicators either came with cd100 or with shogun. Not sure though.
