If you wish to keep your bike with you and not willing to sell it then only think about complete restoration else its not worthy.

Two stroke will not getting banned in near future imo. Even all four strokes are prone to be banned in near future when entire world completely switches to electric ones. So dont worry we have another 15-20 safe years ahead..

Yep,I don't plan to sell mine anytime soon.Original plan was to get it as a cheap roundabout until I can save up for a new bike but I fell in love with this,I don't want anything else lol so keeping it!

          Update

The wiring harness which i brought earlier is not matched with the other parts such as meter lockset and lh and rh lever connections. Today going to hunt the harness which closely matches to the original one.
Now the tough job remaining to connect all the electrical parts[emoji54]

Which makes wiring hardness did you go for. Was it MINDA??. Or have you bought shogun's wiring(asked because the lever connections between shogun and max100 have no connection). If not i suggest you go for minda as it worked for my other bikes without much pain. Connecting all the electricals back is a tough job though.

Suzuki 2 strokes have twelve different wiring harnesses[emoji16]. I dont know which was the earlier one but its a different one so i have collected the minda harness which is close to the original one. Lets see how the things will go on.

Yes,I agree. It's a bit too confusing lol But the Max 100 got so many variants.Max 100,Max 100 DLX,Max 100R,TVS Max 100.etc,with all of them having differences in their electrical system.
