Thanks bro,Originally posted by asudhakar View PostWow this is great !
Does TVS still stock rear and front mud guards and both wheels ?
Also, where did you get a new 2002 tank ?
Spare are available till now but one should search a lot for genuine one. Tvs still produces frone and rear mudguards but rims of tvs are one of the most crappiest thing.
I have searched a lot for genuine suzuki oe tank, tvs tanks are also rare. No colored part like tank and panels are supplied by tvs, i got the oe suzuki tank from a person who shut down the Tvs spare shop somewhat 15 years ago. The shopowner sold almost all the spares over the time but one tank with side panels was lying still there and i grab it. Its a long story hence just avoiding it.

Re: Suzuki max 100r restoration DIY
[QUOTE=asudhakar;1367472]I have not build any motorcycle wheel earlier but I have build a bicycle wheel all by myself. Hence i gave it a try to DIY. Only a difference i felt in doing so is bicycle wheel can be easily moved to sideways by adjusting the tension of spokes but the motorcycle wheel is quite rigid and practically very hard to adjust.Originally posted by avhad sitaram View PostUpdate-
1) Wheels front and rear laced up along with new ceat tyre and tubes.
Did you DIY the lacing of the wheels ? That seems like a long, hard process.

Its a fun if everything is gone right, if you done one wrong move then its hard to recover it. Its a good experiment to learn it diy only patience is the key to succeed do only small increments on the nipples.
